By accessing SetPilot via an invitation code or any other authorised means, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users of the platform. SetPilot is intended for professional use by individuals and organisations in the audiovisual production industry.

Access to SetPilot is granted exclusively through an invitation code issued by SetPilot or an authorised project administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. You must not share your invitation code or account access with unauthorised parties. SetPilot reserves the right to revoke access at any time for violations of these terms.

SetPilot is provided for lawful, professional use in the context of audiovisual production management. You agree not to use the platform to upload, store or share unlawful content; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data; to reverse-engineer or copy the platform; or to interfere with the service's availability for other users.

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to SetPilot. By uploading content, you grant SetPilot a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy and appropriateness of your content. SetPilot does not claim ownership over your production data.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using SetPilot, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

SetPilot is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SetPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to SetPilot in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to SetPilot at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice within the platform. Your continued use of SetPilot following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
